Approx. Stipend during Internship: Upto Rs. 15,000/-to Rs. 30,000/- Per Month. (Based on Performance.)

Approx. Package Post Internship: Upto Rs. 8,00,000/- to Rs. 10,000,00/- Per Annum (Joining Bonus of Rs. 4 LPA.)

Job Location: Pune (Baner Office – Hybrid/Offline Preferred)

Educational Criteria:

Education: BE / BTech (CS / IT Branch only)
Batch: Pass out Year 2026 Batch Only
Percentage: 70% in Graduation

Job Description:

AutomationEdge Technologies is inviting final year B.E./B.Tech Computer Science Engineering students with very strong hands-on programming skills to solve real world problems using Data Structure and Alogorithms for a 12-month internship program designed to provide hands-on exposure to real-world software development and problem-solving. You will get to work on innovative AI solutions and SaaS Product platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in designing, coding, testing, and deploying applications.
Implement algorithms & data structures to solve real-world problems.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging.
Work with senior engineers on live projects and internal tools.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Skills Required:

Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) skills including Arrays, Trees, Graphs, Dynamic Programming, Complexity Analysis, recrusion. Candidates with very strong programming skills will only be considered.
Proficiency in Java / Python / C++ / JavaScript (any 2).
Hands-on problem-solving experience on platforms like LeetCode / HackerRank / CodeChef.
Understanding of software development tools, Git, databases (SQL/NoSQL).
Strong analytical, coding, and debugging skills.

Selection Process & Programme Structure:

Phase 1: Selection Process

All interested candidates will first go through a Screening Test that includes Logical Aptitude and Coding Test.
Students who clear this test will then proceed to Technical Interviews (1–2 rounds).
Candidates who successfully clear the technical interviews will be eligible for the training programme.

Phase 2: Training Programme (1 Month)

All selected students will undergo a 1-month training programme at AutomationEdge.
A stipend of Rs. 8000/- will be provided during this training period.
Continuous evaluation will be conducted throughout the training.
At the end of training, a final evaluation will be held. Only students who clear this evaluation will move forward to the internship programme.

Phase 3: Internship Programme (6–12 Months)

Duration: 6 to 12 months.
Stipend: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month, based on performance.
Quarterly evaluations will be conducted to assess progress and performance.
Interns who do not meet evaluation criteria will be released from the programme but will still receive an internship completion certificate.

Phase 4: Onboarding as AutomationEdge Employees

After successful completion of the internship and graduation, top-performing candidates will be offered full-time employment at AutomationEdge.
Salary package: ₹8–10 LPA, plus a joining bonus of ₹4 LPA.
Note: The joining bonus will be repayable in full if the candidate resigns within 4 years of joining.
With this structure, the overall package is approximately ₹14 LPA.
