Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE /
BTech/ BCA/ BCS/ BSc/ MCA/ MCS/ MSc (CS/ IT Branch Only)
- Batch: Pass out Year 2025 & 2026
Batch Only
- Percentage: 65%
throughout in 10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Service Desk, Server monitoring, Network monitoring, Troubleshooting server issues & network issues.
- Ability to work independently, be adaptable to change and varied working hours
- Be responsible for queue monitoring and acknowledging tickets.
- Basic application support knowledge
- Individual must be flexible to work for extended hours, if required (open work on 24/7 support, rotational shifts)
- IT Support, non-voice process
Skills Required:
- Should understand basic IT related technical terms like MS Exchange, Active directory, office 365, memory, server, CPU, network, IP address, active directory, Microsoft exchange, cloud, windows server, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Prior Experience in infrastructure monitoring will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and oral communication
