Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Developer in Java development. The successful candidate will join our INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY team to design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet our needs. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop software solutions that meet business requirements.
Troubleshoot and debug software issues to ensure smooth operation
Develop and maintain Java-based applications and systems.
Collaborate with team members to define project requirements and timelines.
Write technical documentation for software solutions.
Perform code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Assist in the implementation of software testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
Proficiency with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven or Gradle).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of SQL and database management systems (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL).
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
