Please follow the given Instructions: VERY IMPORTANT TO READ :
• Test Process: You will be asked objective questions, which will be of 9 sections of about 25 questions and out of those last 1 will be programming question.
• Test Time: We expect you to take about 90 min in this test. Your time will start when you click on the Start Activity button below. Note: the last section (programming) will take a long time, so please try to finish the earlier sections as soon as possible.
• Sections 2 and 3 (“Chart Comprehension”, and Logic (Reasoning)”have negative marking (-1 for a wrong answer). There is no negative marking for any other section.
• You are only allowed to skip questions with negative marking (i.e. those in sections 2 and 3). Do not skip any other questions.
• No skipping: Once you skip a question, you cannot come back to it, so you must answer all the questions in the order they are presented to you
• For the programming question please read the question very carefully. And in case your answer is rejected by the system, please read the feedback (in red color) carefully. Not following instructions exactly is the most common cause of failure.

• IMPORTANT Note on Copying: DO NOT shares your answers with anybody else. Our system is extremely good at detecting copied answers. If two answers from different users are found to have similarities, BOTH submissions will be disqualified. So, you can get disqualified for copying even if you wrote the original answer. Those who copy try various tricks to confuse our system, including changing a few things around, adding removing comments, changing variable names, changing the order of statements. Our program is good at catching all of this. The only safe method is to write the answer yourself, and to make sure that no one else gets a copy of your answer.
DOs and DONTs
• Students are allowed to browse the internet during the test, but copy pasting answers directly from the internet is not allowed. Our system detects such copies and disqualifies such answers.
• Over-reliance on the internet is likely to slow down the students to the point where they will not be able to complete the test in a reasonable amount of time. So they should be instructed use the internet sparingly.
• Use of an IDE or compiler or other programs during the test is allowed (and in fact encouraged). Writing the program in an IDE or notepad or other editor and then copy-pasting it into the browser is allowed.
Infrastructure Requirements
• It is highly recommended that the computers used by students should have a compiler or IDE for programming in a language of their choice (we recommend C, C++, Java, C#, or Python).
• The test contains programming questions and it is recommended (but not necessary) that they compile and run the program before submitting it.
• Other than that, there are no specific system/platform requirements for this test.
• A student can appear for the test from any computer that has an internet connection and a browser. All operating systems and all browsers are supported by the system.
• Bandwidth requirements: the test mostly has text-only screens - with no multimedia. Hence it uses minimal bandwidth per student. Unless you have very low internet bandwidth, your default bandwidth should be good enough for this test.
