Job Title: IT Recruiter
Educational Criteria:
· BE / B.Tech / BCA / ME / M.Tech / MCM / MCA /
MBA-IT
Experience: 0 to 2 Years
Approx Salary: 12,000/- (Fresher) to 18,000/- per month
Skill:
· Source potential candidates from job portals,
internal references, social sites etc
· Ability to understand and explain job requirements
for IT roles to candidates
· Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’
abilities
· Coordinate with IT team leaders to get the
interviews done
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with
current job openings to passive candidates
· Keep up-to-date data related to recruitment and
resume database
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong negotiation skills
