Position: Software Tester
Experience: 0 to 6 Month (Freshers must be Certified in
Testing)
Approx. Package: Upto Rs. 1,80,000/- Per Annum
Job Location: Pune
Shift: Night Shift
Educational Criteria:
- Education: BE/BTech/BCA/BCS/BSc/ME/MTech/MCA/MCS/MSc (CS/IT
Branch Only)
- Batch: Pass-out year 2024 & 2025 Batch Only
- Percentage: 60% throughout in
10th/12th/Diploma/Graduation/Post Graduation
Role & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in designing and
developing comprehensive UI test cases, scenarios, and scripts for both
manual and automation testing.
- Perform end-to-end testing, including
functional, regression, smoke, API, and performance testing, utilizing
both manual and automated testing methods.
- Hands-on experience with Bugzilla and JIRA for
efficient defect tracking, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the
reporting and resolution of issues.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SQL for
effective database testing and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and debug manual and automation
scripts and systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical
guidance to ensure high-quality automation deliverables.
- Continuously monitor and analyze test results,
identifying areas for improvement, and implementing enhancements
accordingly.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to define the
test strategy and seamlessly integrate automated testing into the CI/CD
pipeline.
- Document automation processes, methodologies,
and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing within the
team.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and
experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Create documentation throughout
the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Test Development
Life Cycle (TDLC).
- Ability to multitask,
prioritize work effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment.
Skills Required:
- Foundational understanding of programming
languages like Java/C/C++.
- Proficient in SQL for database testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Personal laptop/system.
- Good communication skills with the ability
to work collaboratively in a team.
- Manual Testing: Proficient in creating and executing
test cases & Experience in Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, and API
Testing.
- Automation Testing: Strong expertise in Selenium and Web
Driver Tool for automated testing.
- Tools: Experience with Bugzilla and JIRA for
efficient defect tracking
- Certification: Must be certified
in Software Testing
